Replacement Policy

Please note that warranty information for specific products is clearly stated on our website, invoice, or provided in the form of a separate warranty card with varying time periods. Kindly be aware that our Replacement warranty is applicable only once for a particular product. If the same or other issues occur after the initial replacement, it will be covered under our service warranty. In other words, the replacement warranty is valid for a single occurrence, and we are unable to provide multiple replacements.

To simplify the process of obtaining a replacement, please follow these steps if you encounter any of the following issues:

  1. Manufacturing fault
  2. Device-related power failure (Please note that accessories such as remotes, keyboards, lights, batteries, etc., are not covered under warranty.)
  3. Product not functioning as intended

If a product is sold with a Replacement warranty, it means you may receive a new product after it has undergone inspection and qualifies for replacement. However, there are several reasons why a product may be rejected or deemed ineligible for replacement. Here are a few examples:

  1. Physical damage
  2. Burn or similar damage
  3. Warranty void stickers
  4. Abnormal usage or exposure to unsuitable environments
  5. Once an item has been replaced, it is not eligible for further warranty claims

In situations where we do not have sufficient stock to provide a prompt replacement, it may take longer to receive the product as a replacement. If the product is unavailable with no foreseeable restocking possibility, we may offer a service warranty instead.
